This Privacy Policy describes how RKD Group ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use SignalLink ("the Service"), an internal analytics and AI assistant platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you use SignalLink, we may collect:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and organizational role as provided through your identity provider.
• Usage data: Queries submitted to the AI assistant, analytics requests, conversation history, and interaction metadata.
• Connected service data: When you connect Google accounts (GA4, BigQuery, GTM), we store OAuth tokens to access analytics data on your behalf. We do not store the underlying analytics data permanently.
• Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and access timestamps for security and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide AI-powered analytics insights and reporting.
• To authenticate and authorize your access to connected data sources.
• To maintain audit logs for security and compliance.
• To improve the quality and accuracy of the Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• AI model providers: Query text is sent to language model APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate responses. No personally identifiable information is included beyond the query content.
• Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (hosting, security), Google Cloud (analytics APIs).
• Within RKD Group: Authorized team members may access conversation logs for quality assurance and support.

4. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months. OAuth tokens are stored until you disconnect the associated account or they are revoked. Audit logs are retained for 24 months.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted token storage, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Disconnect any connected Google account at any time through the admin panel.
• Request deletion of your conversation history by contacting us.
• Request a copy of your stored data.

7. Google API Services

SignalLink's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface.
