Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SignalLink ("the Service"), an internal analytics and AI assistant platform operated by RKD Group ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to authorized employees, contractors, and partners of RKD Group and its clients. Access is granted through organizational identity providers and requires explicit authorization.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SignalLink to:

• Query analytics data for clients you are authorized to access.
• Generate AI-powered insights and reports.
• Connect Google accounts you are authorized to use.
• Export data and reports for legitimate business purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Access data for clients you are not authorized to view.
• Share access credentials or tokens with unauthorized parties.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fabricated analytics.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's underlying systems.

5. Connected Accounts

When you connect a Google account, you authorize SignalLink to access analytics data, BigQuery datasets, and Tag Manager configurations on your behalf using the permissions granted during the OAuth flow. You may revoke this access at any time through the admin panel or through your Google account settings.

6. Data Ownership

You and your organization retain ownership of all data accessed through the Service. RKD Group does not claim ownership of your analytics data, conversation content, or connected account data.

7. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by the AI assistant are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights should be verified before making business decisions. RKD Group is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your organizational authorization is revoked. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RKD Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
